Features:
Foxtail millet (kangni/thinai) has high iron content and it also helps control cholesterol levels and increase HDL (good cholesterol). Kodo millet (kodra/varagu) is rich in fibre and antioxidants, and is also very good for diabetics. Little Millet (saamai/kutki) is also a good source of iron and fibre. Barnyard Millet contains good amount of calcium and phosphorus and is particularly good for people with Type 2 diabetes. Urad dal and toor dal are rich sources of protein.

Can you imagine the time it would take if you were to soak, grind and ferment all the ingredients by yourself at home? The best part about our Millet Dosas is that they are homemade and can be prepared in just 10 minutes. So no preservatives, no added flavors and very little effort!

Ingredients: Foxtail Millet (kangni/thinai), Barnyard Millet (jhangora), Kodo Millet (kodra/varagu), Little Millet (saamai/kutki), Toor Dal, Urad Dal, Cumin, Curry Leaves.

How to Prepare:
Take 2 tbsps of mix with 100 ml of water mix well.
Add 1 teaspoon of curd. Mix well.
Add chopped onions, coriander leaves, green chillies mix well set aside for 10 minutes.
Take a laddle full of batter and pour from a height from outside in circular motion. Drizzle oil in the edges.
Cook both sides and serve warm with chutney
