Yongchak or tree bean is a very popular legume in Northeast India & Southeast Asia and is known by botanical names Parkia Roxburghii and Parkia Speciosa. An amino acid in this tree bean is responsible for a residual effect similar to asparagus, reinforcing the "stinky". Yongchak is a powerhouse of nutrients.
